Credentials
Andrew Linford
Andrew Linford is a leading flooring expert in the Carolinas with over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry.
He is licensed by the National Wood Floors Association (NWFA) as a ‘Certified Inspector’ (Lic # CP228909). Andrew is also licensed by the Institute for Floor Covering Inspectors International (IFCII) as a ‘Certified LVP Inspector.’
He formed Carolina Flooring Solutions because he observed home buyers and sellers wanting to hire a certified floor specialist to inspect their flooring independent of a home inspection report. They want to be more certain their hardwood floors have no problems before purchasing or selling. If a floor’s surface or subfloor is in anyway compromised, they want to know upfront and leverage that information in the negotiated price.
Andrew’s vision for the company is simple: Carolina Flooring Solutions will always thoroughly inspect hardwood flooring for residential and commercial clients through careful analysis and testing.
Andrew’s Credentials to be a Certified Flooring Inspector
Andrew Linford has completed an extensive number of NWFA education training courses in various wood flooring subjects. He sets himself apart from others in his commitment and dedication to the flooring industry. If he’s not at a job site inspecting floors, he’s investigating ways to improve his flooring knowledge.
